Tasks
- Continuous communication with current dealer and brand service network, external and internal customers
- Daily support of dealers in technical, warranty and parts cases
- Personal presence in escalated cases
- Checking and ensuring brand service standards through continuous brand service visits
- As an employee of the importer's aftersales (service activities, warranty administration, spare parts supply, Road Side Assistance) team, implementation, monitoring and control of the technical, warranty and fairness processes and administration
- Maintaining contact with the manufacturers' technical/warranty departments
- Management, processing, localization, preparation and provision of manufacturer technical documents and information for the brand service network
- Handling of warranty pre-approvals
- Proposing and supporting the development of service activities, brand service standards, warranty administration, spare parts supply, stocking, customer satisfaction, measures to improve their quality and indicators
- Participation in projects for the creation and development of programs and modules supporting aftersales activities
- Customer complaints in accordance with the GDPR rules, local consumer protection and its management and solution according to warranty/warranty rules
- Assistance with special tools, equipment, and manufacturer programs
- Administration of recall and service technical campaigns, control of performance levels
- Participation in annual brand service and warranty (if required by the manufacturer) audit processes
- Ensuring that the manufacturer's programs used by the importer are up-to-date
- Support in organizing and execution of technical trainings
Requirements
- University degree with License
- German language – fluent
- English language – advanced
- Experience in similar position 3 years
- Experience in OEM, NSC or distributor side
- Experience in automotive industry in the Austrian market is mandatory
- Strong understanding of automotive aftersales processes, including service activities, warranty administration, and spare parts logistics.
- Sales, Communicatioan and Negotiation skills
- PC operational knowledge – advanced
- Driving license – B
- Organizational skills for coordinating technical training sessions.
