Tasks

• Planning, coordination and implementation of communication campaigns and other marketing-related projects - and participation in larger projects - based on the guidelines set by the manufacturer and superiors (involving agencies and external partners), while adhering to the budget framework agreed with the direct superior
• Organizing, coordinating and conducting importer-level events, as well as active participation in them
• Participation in the coordination of the importer's pr activities
• Day-to-day contact with manufacturer, agency, brand dealer partners and other partners and subcontractors
• Providing support in coordinating the marketing activities of the dealers
• Compliance with the budget limits of the campaigns and projects belonging to it
• Continuous reporting and preparation of monthly reports and presentations
• Striving and making proposals for the continuous development of the marketing and sales systems used in the company
• Coordination of graphic works based on the guidelines set by the manufacturer and superiors
• Striving to achieve the most aesthetic and effective results during projects and campaigns
• Meeting deadlines during projects and campaigns
• Continuous support of the direct supervisor's work, precise execution of any work process issued by the direct supervisor

Requirements

• University degree
• German language – fluent
• English language – advanced
• Experience in similar position 1-2 years
• Strong communication skills, confident in challenging situations and whilst showing empathy and desire to drive client’s satisfaction and loyalty
• Ability to work positively within a team and contribute towards its success
• Process orientated personality with great attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
