Tasks
- Lead the full recruitment cycle, from identifying talent to welcoming new team members, creating the AutoWallis experience at every stage
- Organize and track the full onboarding process, acting as the first point of contact for new joiners, onboarding leaders, and buddies to ensure a seamless experience
- Oversee payroll activities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency, covering timesheets, sick leave, and vacation tracking
- Support the bonus, promotion, and salary review processes
- Coordinate performance evaluations. Prepare related documentation and handle administrative tasks associated with performance reviews
- Be a go-to resource for both employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries with a helpful, solution-focused approach
- Support internal communications, creating materials and managing content on the company intranet
- Maintain and organize personnel records, carefully managing all documentation through each stage of the employee journey with confidentiality and accessibility in mind
- Work closely with the HR Business Partner to address any specific HR needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
- 3-5 years of relevant experience gained in HR Specialist or HR Generalist position
- Solid knowledge in the field of labor law
- Strong analytical and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and strong in building relationships, supporting service type of attitude
- Problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving results
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
