Tasks
- Implement the company’s HR strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Act as a strategic HR partner for leaders and subsidiary management teams
- Support HR processes throughout the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding
- Support managers in leadership, team development, and performance management topics
- Support leadership development and organizational development programs
- Coordinate and support organizational changes, transformations, and HR development projects
- Develop and support initiatives that improve employee engagement and retention
- Support workforce planning, organizational development, and HR cost planning activities
- Continuously improve HR processes and support the implementation of digital HR solutions
- Manage relationships with external HR service providers and ensure effective service delivery
- Support compliance with company HR policies and local employment regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role
- Strong experience working with first-line managers and business leaders in a multinational or multi-subsidiary environment
- Familiarity in change management and organizational development projects
- Experience with labor law compliance and HR policy implementation across different subsidiaries
Advantage
- Additional language skills
- Additional certifications in HR, organisation development, coaching, change management, or leadership development are a plus
- Previous exposure to HR digitalization and modern HR technologies is an advantage
