Tasks
- Translate and implement the jointly agreed HR strategy of the shareholders accross the business unit and subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Support organizational change management and transformation projects, ensuring HR frameworks drive business success
- Act as a strategic HR partner to the Directors and subsidiary MDs, ensuring HR policies, processes, and initiatives align with business needs
- Support subsidiary MDs in all employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career planning, and offboarding – of employees in Grade AWL4-5
- Support and implement leadership development programs tailored for first-line managers, improving leadership effectiveness and team efficiency
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate HR policies, working closely with subsidiary HR Generalists to address local HR challenges
- Act as an HR coach for first-line managers, providing strategic guidance on leadership, team development, and performance management
- Lead and support HR transformation projects, including change management, HR digitalization, and leadership development programs
- Oversee employee engagement and retention strategies focused on first-line management and their teams
- Support workforce planning and restructuring projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business needs
- Monitor HR expenditures, ensuring cost-effective solutions for leadership development, training, and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies, ensuring motivation, retention, and workplace satisfaction across the subsidiaries
- Manage relationships with external HR service providers, including recruitment agencies, training vendors, and HR tech providers
- Oversee contracting, negotiations, and vendor performance tracking, ensuring high-quality HR services
- Ensure that outsourced HR services (e.g., leadership training, recruitment, employee surveys) align with the organization's strategic goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a Business Partner or HR Generalist role
- Strong experience working with first-line managers and business leaders in a multinational or multi-subsidiary environment
- Familiarity in change management and organizational development projects
- Experience with labor law compliance and HR policy implementation across different subsidiaries
Advantage
- Additional language skills
- Additional certifications in HR, organisation development, coaching, change management, or leadership development are a plus
- Previous exposure to HR digitalization and modern HR technologies is an advantage
