Tasks

  • Responding to technical enquiries from the service network and end users in a timely manner with appropriate information and guidance.
  • Manage warranty cases to provide customers/dealers with a solution to any problems that might arise, with the minimum amount of effort and inconvenience.
  • Develop product training sessions and deliver sessions.
  • Analysing aftersales data to generate reports that clearly define and communicate issues to other business functions.
  • Working collaboratively with other areas of the business and partner organisations to provide technical solutions, in a timely manner.
  • Update existing and author new technical documents to support products and markets.
  • Processes warranty claims on a timely basis for each dealer.
  • Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.
  • Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
  • Resubmits all rejected claims promptly.
  • Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
  • Tracks warranty parts.
  • Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor or to be scrapped.
  • Keeps informed of all factories recalls and bulletins.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • German language – fluent
  • English language – advanced
  • Experience in similar position 3 years
  • Experience in OEM, NSC or distributor side
  • Experience in automotive industry in the Austrian market is mandatory
  • Sales, Communicatioan and Negotiation skills
  • PC operational knowledge – advanced
  • Driving license - B
