We are looking for an analytical and business-minded professional who will play a key role in shaping investment decisions, evaluating new business opportunities, and supporting senior management with high-quality financial and market analysis.

 

The Financial Planning & Analysis Associate will serve as a key analytical resource for the Retail Business Development, combining financial modeling expertise with market intelligence and data management. This role is critical in supporting AutoWallis’s growth strategy across countries by creating robust business cases, maintaining reliable BI infrastructure, and providing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

 

What will be your roles and responsibilities?

  • Build complex business case models
  • Develop valuation frameworks and scenarios for strategic decision-making
  • Support M&A and expansion initiatives with quantified analysis
  • Conduct regular market research (sales volumes, market share, competitor activity) across CEE markets
  • Prepare management and Board-level materials
  • Act as a key owner of business development KPIs and contribute to BI/reporting improvements
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT and BI teams on data automation and reporting processes

 

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, BI or similar analytical roles
  • Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel knowledge
  • Experience with BI tools
  • Structured, detail-oriented and proactive mindset
  • Business fluency in English and Hungarian
  • Additional CEE languages are a strong plus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region
