Tasks
- Advertising campaign (creatives development, media buy, post buy, reports, local strategy)
- SoME/Meta activities (preparing posts, pictures, reports, local strategy)
- DLR advertising and activities (creative materials, supports on car displays, POS, support on local activations)
- Web page handling (content, development, bugs, uploads etc.)
- CRM system handling (codes with CRM forms and dealers, looking over leads in ZOHO)
- Car pricelists management and data translations
- PR; press releases, handling journalists, PR car management, and hand over
- Translations of any needed local materials (warranty, GDPR etc.)
- Complience; looking at local compliance with emissions, GDPR, warranty, AI etc.
- Events; help with tasks needed as dealer meetings, PR press conferences, team gatherings etc.
- Overlook of budget and proposal on strategy
- KOL management, working on local inputs needed for presentations, JV reports etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
- More than 3 years in marketing, PR or communications, ideally in automotive, EV or consumer durables
- Hands-on experience with digital campaigns (Meta, Google) and working with agencies
- Experience with media relations, journalists, and event organisation; existing contacts in Romanian automotive media are a strong plus
- Experience working with dealers, retail partners or a sales team is an advantage
- Native Romanian and fluent English
- Valid driving licence (category B)
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills in Romanian
- Confident with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; analytics or reporting skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, taking ownership of projects and responsibilities
- Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle several projects at once
- Comfortable working independently in a small team that is still building up, with occasional travel
- Interest in EVs and new mobility technology
