We are present not only in Hungary, but also along the Adriatic, in the Balkans, and in some other neighbouring countries. 

Central functions of Distribution business unit are representing a great variety of activities such like Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, IT, Project Management, New Vehicle Logistics, Homologation, Parts & Accessories management and Human Resources. 

Tasks

• Support the Managing Director in defining and executing the company’s strategy, acting as a financial co-pilot and strategic business partner
• Lead the affiliate’s finance function, including accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, reporting and financial operations
• Develop and oversee the company’s financial strategy, annual budget, forecasts and strategic plans
• Provide financial analysis, KPIs and business insights to support management decision-making and business performance
• Ensure accurate and timely local GAAP and IFRS reporting, statutory accounts, tax compliance and audit processes
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, financing activities and banking relationships
• Ensure strong financial governance, internal controls, compliance and risk management in line with Group policies and applicable regulations
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring effective performance management, professional development and succession planning
• Partner with Group Finance, the Group CFO, auditors, tax advisors, banks and other key stakeholders
• Lead and support finance-related projects, including ERP, reporting, process improvement, investments and business cases
• Act as a registered statutory executive, exercising joint corporate representation and signing authority within the defined mandate

Requirements

• University degree in finance
• Min. 5+ years in financial management
• Experience in all financial field (controlling, accounting etc.)
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must
• MS Office proficiency
